Trouble within the team?

Noticed on Twitter this evening the mention that there is some unsettling news coming out of the club over the next few days.
Apparently it's player related, &quotquite shocking&quot and &quotcould mess up the team for a while&quot.

Anyone else got a clue what this might be? Assuming it's not a Beano related scandal for once...

Not going to lose much sleep over this - the Tweet seemed to be of the 'I've got a secret and I'm not telling you' variety.

I am sure there has been loads of 'stuff' going on over the years where the real truth has never emerged - for example : stories about Creighton thumping Foster, Foster 'dallying' with Matt Green's partner - going back a bit there was a row involving Gerry Summers not picking David Sloan because he didn't like 'the Irish' etc etc.

There is a Tweet that Whingy has had to go for a scan. Whether that is for an injury, or to check progress on a pregnant wife, I have no idea!

Oooooohhhhh dear, I fear that our friend @tim_cowley may not have been messing around on this one. I've heard tonight from a quite reliable source (not always right but usually) that Kelvin Thomas has resigned, apparently he might be going to West Ham. Also, at about this time last night the Oxford Mail tweeted something along the lines of &quotOxford United fans cannot miss Thursday's edition of the Oxford Mail&quot. Today it's taken a bit of a bashing from some twitter users after posting this positive but moderately sized news story about Beano: http://www.oxfordmail.co.uk/sport/oxfor ... _main_man/
Apparently it seems that they were planning on reporting Thomas' resignation but couldn't in the end so had to switch stories.

As I said this source has been wrong before, so hopefully KT is staying, but I fear that he isn't.
