What exactly are the scenarios we don't need to focus on? And how does this analysis differ from that of any football team, regardless of what formation they play? :wink:

Also, given that we average 2.29 points per game when scoring first, and a quite shocking 0.22 ppg when conceding first, I'm not absolutely sure you've got those priorities the right way round...

Yeah, what we need to concentrate on is scoring more goals and conceding less goals.

More seriously the reason I prioritised that way is that we score first twice as often as we concede first. Also I reckon there are more decisions to make if you go ahead in the game than if you concede.

I only highlighted this as it's a noticeable quirk of our season - we generally start well and finish games badly.
