Could have been a lot worse and at least we'll see him on telly twice a season (presuming the docu-soap continues).Hog wrote: ↑Tue May 30, 2017 5:49 pm Max Crocombe has joined the other novelty non-league club in Manchester ...

Important that he doesn't drop any lower down the ladder and maybe with a season as #1 and Salford potentially going up, then he may well not fall off the radar completely.....

Deano offered another season in the Prem:

Would imagine he'll take that over the move back here that some are predicting

It doesn't say what kind of deal though. After all, we offered Danny Hylton a new deal, but it turned out not to be much good so he dropped down a division for one that he thought suited him better...Mooro wrote: ↑Fri Jun 02, 2017 5:51 pm Deano offered another season in the Prem:

Dunks to Wigan. Big loss I think, although he struggled on the left he was great on the right of a back two and was immense in our promotion winning season. Also a top bloke who cared about letting a goal in and was a leader on the pitch. We may have a better player in Nelson but Chey was only just behind and it seems careless to not tie him down so he could join a promotion rival* next season.
*Assuming we sign some players.

Re: Where are they now?
Ah well, I imagine we didn't offer him enough money, he will have been on a low wage as he signed from non-league. He was a great character and sometimes a great player, but sometimes a bit of a liability. I am confident we can get someone better but let's get on with it!!

Re: Where are they now?
Not too disappointed at losing Dunks. Good in the air, not so good on the ground, and seemed to have at least one potentially catastrophic error per game. I prefer Nelson and Raglan, and I hope we can sign the latter.
