He got fed up with all the travelling at Oxford City in Conf North (have they never heard of using cheap hotels?). Good news for me as I can just walk a few hundred yards up the road to watch him play. p.s. in the earlier posting it’s Richard Knight Knight Knight!
I know that as a Premier Leaguer you only come on here to take the p!ss Snake but are you seriously suggesting that Oxford City should book a hotel (party of 20 + two days coach hire = what? Got to be a grand and a half) on gates of 200 so they can keep an aging journeyman striker happy? Do you think TAG Colin Taylor City are made of money? Christ, Pompey get c 14,000 but tipped up at The New Manor in two mini buses!

Booked well in advance it's less than £15 a night in a 3 star e.g. - http://www.travelodge.co.uk/hotels/263/ ... ness-hotel - and that's without a business account.

Wasn't sure whether to put this under ex-youth, or ex-players,

Lewis Haldane and Conor Ingram were both on the scoresheet for North Leigh vs Yate.

Apparently the late Duke of Marlborough was president of OUFC in 1955.

Thought he still was until today. Certainly was in 1999/2000 when he met with the fans group at the time.

An Idea for OxVox.

Jamie got the new job at the Palace so why not ask him for a hand, being as he's apparently got £110m and is not so careful with it as his late Dad. Well, football is played on grass so that's a good selling point.
