Who ya gonna call...?
Let's start picking our top choice for the OUFC manager job. One name each, here's mine:

Tisdale.
What difference does it make that he is in work? He was allowed to speak to Portsmouth.

Martin Allen seeing as I've just put a tenner on him at 33/1 - that massive financial gesture on my part was enough to shorten his odds to 20/1, just shows what a nonsense the odds really are in terms of indicating who might actually get the job
Re: Who ya gonna call...?
I suggest a double at about 100-1 on Mad Dog with Fordy as his assistant.

Martin Allen now at 2/1 with Sky Bet - I'm sure my tenner didn't influence those odds especially as the money went to a different bookie. Still, looks like Wilder's staying - or does it????????Radley Rambler wrote:Martin Allen seeing as I've just put a tenner on him at 33/1 - that massive financial gesture on my part was enough to shorten his odds to 20/1, just shows what a nonsense the odds really are in terms of indicating who might actually get the job
Here are the odds, there's some crackers in there:
http://www.oddschecker.com/football/foo ... nt-manager
Robbie Fowler at 14/1 - I bet he could still do a job up front, Nigel Jemson at a handsome 40/1 (!) and who is David Hughes???????
Paulo's only 8/1 - it would be 'different' - joke.........

Not if you put in a ‘no drinking’ clause into Fordys contract so he can get away from CPF and fulfil his local football passion and potential until the end of the season. Well worth a quid on it I reckon.Radley Rambler wrote:If that happens the words 'abandon all hope' spring to mindSnake wrote:I suggest a double at about 100-1 on Mad Dog with Fordy as his assistant.

I'm not always IL's biggest fan, but I have confidence that he will conduct a proper recruitment process, and most of the names on that list won't be anywhere near it!Radley Rambler wrote:Martin Allen now at 2/1 with Sky Bet - I'm sure my tenner didn't influence those odds especially as the money went to a different bookie.
