Interesting that Heslop moves up a division. I guess that Westley is on a tight budget and would rather stick with getting established journeymen players strong and fit, than paying over the odds for fancy players.

As his mantra is &quotattitude is more important than ability&quot, that's a given.

Nathan Silver (goalkeeper - I think he played a few pre-season games for us, not sure if he ever made the first team), talks about his season at Reading Town of the Hellenic Premier Division (three steps below Conference South).

June 01 (Nottingham Evening Post) -- BILLY Davies has stepped up his efforts to bolster his Nottingham Forest squad with wingers - by launching bids to land two players.

Brighton's experienced Spaniard David Lopez and West Ham youngster Robert Hall are the duo the Reds have targeted.

The winger is also out of contract at West Ham, but is only 19 so would not qualify for a Bosman free transfer.

If Forest do pursue the player, they may end up going to a tribunal to settle the fee - which could be in the region of Pounds 500k."

Eddie changes his mind and signs a one-year deal.

Let's hope they remember to register him as a player after this confusion(!).
