Agreed its ridiculous for Wilder to go But i do think that when mistakes are made there are lessons to be learnt and i dont think he has. eg tinkering around last year COULD have cost us promotion......tinkering this year COULD cost us a higher place in the League, even an auto or play off place. As...

I certainly wasnt expecting promotion this year but i was expecting Top half finish if im honest.

We are where i had hoped but my gut feeling is that if we had been more consistent with our team then we would have been more consistent with our results

This is the thing for me Im happy with where we are and im not calling for his head but what i would like is more consistency with the team selection. Why? Because i think with a settled team we would be doing better. Settled teams build confidence and results. Look at any club who has a settled tea...

Id say CW's transfer and loan policy has a success rate of 50% at best. .....but firstly you would need to define success...If its promotion from the conference and top half or League 2 then we are there. Stevenage would be an interesting comparison because they are having a similar season to us, go...

Ancient Colin has hit the nail on the head with his examples. There does at the very least appear to be a &quotthrow mud at wall and see what sticks&quot. In that if he signs 10 then maybe 2 may be up to it. Its all very well letting players like Murray,Foster,Deering etc leave (and maybe Cl...

Re:

Agree on both points but i do wonder what goes through CW's mind at times. I think that &quotLord Wilder&quot at times has believed his own press when things have gone well. When things go wrong its almost as though he goes against opinion just to say &quottold you so&quot. As a mana...

I didnt think Stevenage were as bad as i had expected them to be in terms of previous gamesmanship we have seen. They seem to have a far more confident defence than we do thats for certain........Maybe i should change that to &quotTheir defence has a prescence&quot that we have lacked all se...
