Does that mean we have to shout things about Slumdon rather than grumbling and wishing it was half time so we could eat our Mars bars?

So clubs aren't allowed to increase revenues by changing the shirt colour to appeal to new fans, or to add Tigers on the end of the name.SWA wrote:It's the club's way of trying to justify their ludicrous price increases for STs in the North and South Stand and not the Oxford Mail Stand.
Nor are they allowed to increase season ticket prices.
How DO they make ends meet?

By not spending on waste of time sports science to underwrite the owners other business interests?slappy wrote:So clubs aren't allowed to increase revenues by changing the shirt colour to appeal to new fans, or to add Tigers on the end of the name.SWA wrote:It's the club's way of trying to justify their ludicrous price increases for STs in the North and South Stand and not the Oxford Mail Stand.

How DO they make ends meet?
By taking on a sponsor that pays cash, rather than giving free sponsorship to the owners other business interests?
By retaining their best players and so selling more season tickets?
By selling more season tickets at more attractive prices?
By not signing expensive rubbish players?
Presumably you were happy with the Thames Valley Royals idea?
