from 4-3-3 to 3D...
Time again for a plug... My business partner and I have a new limited edition whisky out called 3D. Bottled at 'natural cask strength' (56.4% abv) and limited to just 504 bottles, it comes with a 3D label, 3D glasses and is accompanied by a film which you can view at http://www.3Dwhisky.com (think Police Squad...
It's a vatting of three single malts starting with the letter D and is the first drinks product ever launched which a downloadable and printable 3D box... see a review here:

And you can buy the product for a stupidly cheap £49.99 (less than 2x tickets in the SSU!) here:

Cheerio!

I have touted this around work and a few people have shown interest so you might get a couple of orders.
My wife might be buying me a bottle for Christmas as well. She doesn't know yet though.

A-RO you legend, thanks.
If duty in this country wasn't so high, we could sell it even cheaper...
Even if you don't like whisky, the Garth Marenghi's Darkplace inspired 'movie' is worth a watch.... 3dwhisky.com

Ah the bloke that works for RBS has contributed to the thread.
Considering how many billions you blithering idiots have cost the tax payer, (under which stone is Shred currently hiding btw?) , it's no wonder if the entire workforce there was keen on the whisky.
Oop' the Warriors. Peer to peer lending - it's the future!!

I have my suspicions as to which former forum contributor he is (it's not ejh).Werthers Original wrote:I've got it, Eric Pollard is Ed Horton's new pseudonym!
Anyway, back to the product plug - are 3d glasses really necessary to appreciate it at its finest? It's not a quality I've previously looked for in a whisky, I must admit.

Re: from 4-3-3 to 3D...
The glasses are for the 3D (old skool) label effect: the logo and text come off the page at you. Granted, after a few drams that might well happen anyway... ;)
To be fair, as much as the 3D 'elements' are a story, it's the liquid that matters and we wouldn't have bottled it if we didn't think it was awesome.

Santa was very kind and bought me a bottle of 3D, a sample of which will be in my hip flask this afternoon. Don't tell the stewards.
