I am working in Sunderland today and our factory is next door to the Sunderland Echo (that bit is irrelevant as is the fact that their cafe, which is open to the public serves donner kebab and curry sauce for breakfast). The word on the street up here is that the deal is 90% complete with £4M alloca...

Re:

And BA too, better than some tinpot outfit like Easyjet. I use Easyjet on a weekly basis to commute from Bristol to Newcastle. I have to use the 'flying orange' because BA pulled the plug on the route some time ago. Anyway, On average I reckon that at least 10% of the time the late night return fli...

I go for the BBC as well.

If a similar poll was conducted along the lines of &quotWho is likely to screen BSP in 2009 / 2010?&quot what would the result be?

Personally, I've not heard of any gossip regarding screening next year. Has anyone else?

I wondered if my post would be interpreted as criticism of CW. At this point in time I would say &quotNo, this is not aimed at criticism of CW&quot. To date I think his contribution has been 99.99% positive. However think of the scenario whereby there player is allowed to move to a club in a...

Another interesting point to consider........

We are not considering a player to be part of our plans and yet he is supposedly being watched by a team in a higher league (albeit Exeter).
What's the logic there then? Is it salary related or something to do with a poor scouting system in Exeter?

What's with the guy who looks as if he is pruning a rose bush? I cant liken the background to anything inside the stadium. Therefore where has the picture come from? Is it the Oxford Mail mixing up the stories of OUFC &amp The Kidlington Flower Show? For the rest of them was it a case of:- Suppo...

My summation (which supports some of the above)...... a)England are most definitely reliant on Pietersen. b)England generally react badly to the loss of an early wicket. c)England struggle to hit sixes. Having watched the majority of matches in this competition I liken them to Ireland / Netherlands ...

I spend the majority of my working week in the Newcastle / Sunderland area so are reasonably qualified to speak on this subject.... Kernow Yellow hit the nail on the head. Just because they NEARLY won the league in the 1990's and Keegan acted like a prat on TV there seems to be a cult following for ...
