Re:
"Still" own the copyright? I'd be amazed if a club didn't own it's own copyright which provides a major source of income for the club, through merchandise sales. Something would be horribly wrong if not. Arsenal changed their logo a while back as the old one ran out of copyright, al...

Re:
What a shame for a 25 yr old. Strange that there has been no announcement on the OUFC site. I doubt we knew about his condition when we signed him. Might explain the apparent lack of tracking back and giving it everything to win the ball back on the few occassions we saw him in an Oxford shirt. Unf...

Re: Bradford Away
Who is going to Bradford away then!? I'm a little bit worried about the ticket structure for this game - we've been allocated 1200 tickets on a 'pay on the day' basis. We took 800 to York last year and you just never know how many we'll take to Valley Parade! I hope no one is disappointed come 3pm ...

Get there early on Saturday, that result and performance will no doubt boost the gate.
I was told we've sold nearly 5,000 season tickets this year. Anyone on here know if that is accurate?

Re: Extending the season
With all this 'terrible' weather causing so many postponements to the football, at which point do the powers that be at conference HQ start thinking about extending the season beyond April 24? I would imagine they would do everything to avoid it as it would mean they would lose their Wembley play-o...

When he was interviewed on the Non-League Show on Monday it was clear he was unaware that the club was under a transfer embargo when he tried to sign two Mansfield players on loan earlier that day (without Jim Harvey knowing about it)."Boogie" wrote:Hope he understands the registration system.

"Lucky on the Kinniburgh incident? Yes, I thought their player was just about to tap it into an empty net. The only thing I can think is that Kinniburgh was pushed into Clarke. Strangely the Yeovil players did not protest much." No luck (apart from actually getting some decent offici...

Incidently I was watching that Sheff. Utd Vs Oxford Utd match from September 1968 on You Tube last night (in four segments). Apparently Bramall Lane was three sided then and I thought the commentator, Wolstenholme referred to cricket being played there ? Yes, it's even hosted an Ashes Test, I belie...

After all that guff about editing you'd better get my bloody name right. The Roll of Honour thing, or whatever it's called, is nowt to do with me. My input into that = 0. Shame they have banned anything other than straight names this time. Was hoping MincheryFarmWeb could be a roll of honour listee...

It has been suggested in the other place that the second placed team would have a bye through to the play off final.

From what I can establish from reports etc, Fower is not doing a bad job in what is now a very young youth team, but EVEN if there is any truth in the presence of scouts from these clubs, I would imagine we would not get even 1/10th of the suggested amount. Trying to remember what we got from Soton...

Though Yanek is now out of a job... Odd that it was only a trial, as that was not mentioned when he first took over. http://www.oufc.co.uk/page/News/0,,10342~1395544,00.html Not really - almost all jobs involve a probationary period during which the employer can get rid of the employee if they don'...
