I've got mine! Yee haa!

That'll be another ground I can knock off the list. It wasn't until I just looked at the Stats page that I realised how many times we've played Pompey so I don't know why I haven't made the trip before.

I was there too - and got absolutely soaked.
The game featured the next day on "The Big Match" with highlights presented by Brian Moore
as Andy Womble James states. Incidently I heard Womble shouting on Rad Oxfd up at Berwick
last Saturday afternoon during the commentary.

Apparently Jim Smith crucified George Lawrence after the game
for trying a "Hollywood" crossfield ball late on from which Portsmouth broke and
scored their first.

I don't think George played again for us after that 2-1 defeat
but strangely Jim later signed him for Portsmouth when he managed them in the 90's.

5-5 anyone in Nov. 1992 ?

Got mine today - and I'm not even a ST holder! I have to say I'm a little surprised how quickly they seem to be going. I thought talk of selling out the away end was all hype, at a time of year when plenty of people are on holiday/playing cricket etc. Should be a cracking atmosphere down there - a day for both sets of fans to forget their clubs are languishing in the basement division for a day before the drudgery of League 2 kicks in once again. Can't wait!

Any season ticket holders on here who are not planning on going to Pompey? If so, any chance I could grab your ticket?!

Tom Craddock was rested for Portsmouth's game against Rayo Vallecano on Saturday with a bruised toe, but is expected to be fit for the start of the season. http://www.chichester.co.uk/sport/footb ... -1-5328257

Capacity reduced for "Big Game". Following safety concerns after an inspection by Portsmouth City Council, the stadium’s capacity has been temporarily set at 18,200 – a reduction of 2,500 from its all-seated capacity.
