You may recall that, back in late Feb when we played MK, we could not understand how their keeper was not sent off (by ref James Oldham) for a foul on one of our players (even though he was going away from goal). I heard yesterday that recently, when a young proto-ref asked him about errors he had made in games, he specifically recalled that incident and acknowledged that he should have shown a red card. The match assessor also marked him down for that. A bit late of course, but I found it reassuring, first, that he could admit to making a mistake, and that the assessor was willing to penalise him in his report for the error. But I also heard that he is one of the better assessors (and James one of the better young refs).

Phil Foden's first senior goal for Manchester City was against us in the Carabao Cup.
He has even named his pet dog Carabao.

Fergie's nervous cough prior to his first Man United game against us and how it led to a lifetime of chewing gum in the dugouts.

Mike Williamson was in the only Newcastle side to win at Arsenal's Emirates Stadium.

I can't remember him playing for us, but looks like he did for half a season under Pep Clotet.

One of my favourite away games that. Great result, which didn't get the headlines it deserved as Woking won at West Brom the same day. No real footage of it either, apart from this goal:
