The first kick off is the one that starts the game!"joepoolman" wrote:1. Oxford if you mean kicking off the match, Cheltenham if you're not including 1st and second half kick offs.
Are you implying that The Boot is usually a game of skill?!?!?"Boogie" wrote: Lottery!

It was just because we had the option to select "none", that was what confused me."Hog" wrote:The first kick off is the one that starts the game!"joepoolman" wrote:1. Oxford if you mean kicking off the match, Cheltenham if you're not including 1st and second half kick offs.

It's not the despair....it's the hope....
Re: Horse Shoe
Ox x10 (though really tempted to put CHeltenham for Q3 purely because an Oxford kick off usually results in an opposition throw-in 2 seconds later....
TB 6500
Guessing something like - Cheltenham win toss, choose to attack London Rd first, therefore Ox kick-off, usual hoof to left touch line (normally out for Chelters throw but optimist suggests), skims off Cheltenham full backs head for Ox throw, which is wasted, Chelters pump ball up field and win corner, ball played in, clear header just wide as Dubes, making surprise return from injury aggravates aforesaid injury jumping for header and is subbed after treatment, Clarke takes goal kick, Beano booked for backing in, defender pushes him, Beano smacks him and starts walking, ball pumped into Oxford box from free-kick, Wright steps on aforementioned defenders foot to stop him jumping, is this time seen by ref, also starts walking, barely reaching touchline before away end start celebrating penalty goal, home crowd start walking, Mooro starts planning next boot, having achieved full house in first five minutes, spends next five days finalising a devilishly clever set of questions only to find that a late entry also had full house and was one person closer on the TB and had already set the new hat by half time.....
....or not!
