Is it just me that thinks that's a really proud moment for the club? When was the last time an ex-player, and a product of the youth system at that, scored in Europe?

Keith Andrews scored for Brazil a couple of years ago! Only a friendly though.

Anyway, I'll go for Steve Anthrobus, who scored for TNS against Amica Wronki in a 2002 UEFA cup tie

If we're being pedantic, since when has Israel been part of Europe? Unless they've been grabbing more land in the past few weeks without me noticing. &ltopens hornets' nest, sits back&gt

I don't think that's pedantic, I think that was the point. Israel ain't in Europe and thus Deano didn't score in Europe.
