Andy Crosby and Paul Moody - IMHO the best of our penalty takers in my recent memory (with Tommy Craddock coming up on the rails) - would be shaking their heads at that.

As were his team. He was subbed immediately after this (despite only having come on 10 minutes before) and may be facing a fine or suspension from his own FA.

Bit of an over-reaction by those in charge. No more disrespectful than someone doing keepy-uppies during play, or a goalie doing a scorpion kick, or a loanee striker standing on the ball and scanning the horizon in my opinion. Now if it had been all-square in a competitive match AND HE MISSED then I could understand people being upset!
