They do have the advantage that the Council own the ground. I expect the rent they pay is a lot less than the Kassam Stadium

What do you mean expect .... have you ever been anywhere near the Broadfield Stadium. If you had you might just have noticed that it ain't quite as big as the Kassam stadium.
