That'll teach me to retweet without reading it properly.

I'm concerned about how you know this sort of personal info.

On that note, looking forward to seeing him play on the 7th (assuming I can get tickets), I'm not bothering with the pre-season games this year.

By all accounts seems to be a good find. Hope we will see him Saturday.

Does anyone know if that is the end of our interest in Franks? I personally think 4 centre backs is enough for our squad.

Pretty sensible signing if you ask me. CW's quotes make it clear they want him to develop as a player at the club and release the potential he clearly showed as a 16-year-old if Chelsea signed him. Sounds like he lost his way a bit, possibly as a result of so many loan moves, and now he has been brought in - presumably on lowish wages - to rebuild his career. If Wilder successfully rebuilds him, it can't harm his growing managerial reputation either.

He looked good at Dumbarton. Big, strong &amp looked like he could play a bit. Beast's place under threat? Franks looked ok too.

Hello folks. Yet another newbie joins the ranks.

Just watched his interview on Yellow Player and he himself says it is pronounced Werley.
