Good luck to CFU in raising a Phoenix club, come on Kelvin, offer them a pre season friendly as their first game to give them a kick start.

I'm a little surprised that the clubs were happy to have blood on their hands, but hopefully they all took notice of the desires of Chester supporters.

It is the right decision.

Seems to imply that there might be another option other than removing the points won from games against Chester?

Mansfield now 19 pts behind the U's.

One of Cambridge's best players could be out for the season too Robbie Willmott.

Too busy reporting the entirely unexpected news that Portsmouth have gone into administration. Compared with that, what is the de facto demise of a non-league club?

Sad for Chester fans I know just how much your football club becomes part of you. Chance for them to re-build have their own club to be proud of.

Sad for the fans but hopefully they can start again and be better for it. Good luck to them with that.

I'm just relieved that a definate decision was made. Now we can move on and focus on the football (or lack of tomorrow).

If Chester are expelled, will there be one less side &quotrelegated&quot? You'd think that was the obvious answer, but you can never tell in Lee Land.
