Haven't they been promoted twice in two seasons?! I'm not really sure what they were expecting this season with a team full of ex-conference folk!!

Brilliant toys out of pram stuff from the chairman though!!

I saw some of the headline quotes on the BBC website yesterday, but didn't realise it was such a long and detailed rant.

It's good to see that MacAnthony doesn't like to interfere with a manager's running of the team, but also likes to suggest the appointment of specific coaching roles!

Surprising that he didn't appoint a manager that agreed with his vision of the coaching set up.

I also found it surprising that neither the chairman or director of football have been to the training ground in the last 3 years. You can forgive the chairman perhaps but a Director of FOOTBALL!! What the f**k does Barry Fry do? Can you imagine an Operations director never visiting the factory floor or a Sales director never visiting a customer?
