Season Ticket

Post by recordmeister »

We've not had a poll for a while, so here is one:

Will you be renewing your season ticket?

Simple.

I might not ... not for any grumbly reasons, just that there's a possibility that I will be too far away to get to enough games to justify it, particularly with all the games being moved from Saturdays. There will always be cases like that, so the club needs to work to get new season ticket holders each year.

Yes, more optimistic than I have been for a number of seasons.

Also hope that we can continue playing some decent football that we have done under Wilder.

Can we not have a maybe?! I am currently unsure as, like AC, I have missed quite a few games this year with all the buggering about with fixtures. Its ridiculous that a league like this has almost as much messing around with fixtures as the Premiership.

Got mine this morning (I was the third person to buy one).

That way it saves me having to agonise about it for weeks on end before I finally give in and buy one, like I do every year.

He says, pretending it's an option he needs to be able to take part in the survey!

Unfortunately no as the club have again not adressed the imbalance in juniors season tickets.

Due to the kid being 12 this year their ticket in SSL will be double the price of one in the family area at £123.

As they will be able to attend less midweek games due to increased schooling commitments it just doesn't work out.

As I wont be able to guarantee getting them a seat next to mine what is the point in me renewing.

Dissapointing but this is an issue that the club have been well aware of for a while through OxVox and other representations, but don't seem prepared to recognise it.

A season of away trips for us.

It works out at only £13.17 per match for a renewed SSU ticket before the end of May which I think is pretty good value. I remember asking Firoz if he thought it would be a good idea to reward previous season ticket holders with a discount and was quick to dismiss the idea.
