How weird is this. I was in a bar in Washington DC last night (Joe Theismann's) and started talking to the American bloke next to me as we watched the highlights of the World Cup qualifiers. I explained I was an Oxford fan and he asked me whether Steve Basham was still playing for us. I nearly fell off my stool.
