Presumably the statement 'You're Welsh - and you know you are !' doesn't apply in this particular instance.

Not that I am intending any derogatory comment about the Welsh, he adds hastily for fear of being sacked from the One Show, Radio 2 or whatever.

Presumably they will be docked a few points.
Perhaps those responsible should be automatically related to lower league adminstration - should fit in nicely. Not as low as local level though, cos they know what they're doing there.

Except that you can’t deduct points from England C, because they don't play for points, they play for, err, no idea.

And if you could deduct points, who would care?
