Another RO fundraising initiative for Sam Deering

As we all probably know, being an Oxford United youth team player isn't the most lucrative career a young man can follow, and our wee Sam, whom we are sponsoring this season, has pleaded with us to help him buy a new pair of boots. Can we put our collective wallets together to help Sam get a pair of these:

They cost £129, and think of the kudos for us all if these were the boots that scored the goal that earned us promotion...
No pressure, but anything will help.

Boris
Where are you going to be before the game on Monday?

An interesting question.
In the morning I'm playing for Raging Fever at Cutteslowe Park. Then I'll nip home for some lunch. Then I'll probably check out the tailgate thing in the car park, and then I expect I'll be round the Reception area for a few mins before taking my seat in the East Stand. How about you?

As it's a 3:00 kick off I guess we'll be in The Catherine Wheel, getting up to the ground about 14:45. I'll pop round to reception to see if you're still about.

Won't you save on the VAT if he only needs size 4's.

Don't do it Boris - surely you realise that if you give in now, he'll soon want a new XBox, then a new bike, then driving lessons and then a new car, and picking up from nights out, and, and, and.......
....so be firm, or at least make him wash up for a week first, wash the car, do all his homework and keep his room tidy....

It would help if the boots had stiletto heels on them.
Anyway, if there is any change left from my shirt donation please feel free to use that.

Almost there with the boot fund, thanks to some very generous people (I love you all, *hic*). Just another £30 to go, so if any of you wish to donate but haven't yet done so, now's your chance.
