You need a Land Rover.

Yes I do. I've been after a 130 county station wagon for some time (it would really help with running scouts too), but unfortunately, the missus sees things differently....
Mmmmmmm ... 130" CSW droooool.
Indeed!
Unfortunately the other problem is that as soon as there is a single flake of snow, the prices have 2 grand added to them. The only sensible time to buy a Landy is in the summer.
Winter is for buying motorbikes. He says waiting for delivery of a new ElectraGlide Ultra Classic.

I'm going for a half day off road experience in a LWB Defender in January. I'm guessing it will be the 110" model rather than 130". I have to make a decision about my current car in February and if I like the Defender I may end up with one. I'll have to get rid of something to make room on my drive for it though. Anyone want a 1965 Series II SWB Truck Cab?

Off road experience sounds like fun. If it is an LWB, bearing in mind it is kept off road, it might be an older Landy 127.

I disagree with you (sorry about that) as I think he’s a half-decent journo with a passing interest in Oxford United and the more we have of his breed then the better, imho.
Moving on...
