It's not been a good few months for Cristian Montano. First spot fixing allegations, now in court over a rape claim.

The other day I tried to put together a side made up of ex-OUFC players who are now managers, starting at Premier level and working down the levels until I had a viable XI - which basically took me to Conference North/south level:

Andy Scott (Aldershot) - FW
Lee Bradbury (Havant & Waterlooville) - FW

Brian Mcdermott (Leeds) - MF
Steve Mclaren (Derby) - MF
Chris Hargreaves (Torquay) - MF
RIchard Hill (Eastleigh) - MF

Gary Monk (Swansea) - CB
Steve Davis (Crewe) - CB
SCott McNiven (Hyde) - RB
Mike Ford (Oxford City) - LB

Subs could include those that have managed at these levels recently but are currently 'otherwise engaged' so: Saunders, Foyle, Magilton, Simpson, Penney
BUT however far I went I could not find a former Oxford keeper currently managing anywhere - who have I missed???

It's amazing what things the brain will come up with that need doing right now when there are more important things waiting to be done......

Bridle (together with some ex-United players) are back in the Conference Premier after Eastleigh became champions of the South yesterday ... http://nonleague.pitchero.com/news/east ... ons-30607/

Shame they won't get a local derby against Pay Up Pompey!

Curiously there's no mention of it yet on the Eastleigh club site - presumably they went straight on the lash!
