Two in one report, including someone we all thought was going somewhere else.....
Chapman was at Newport County on loan until we called him back early. So not entirely a shock.

Yes but the implication was that if Mansfield were promoted he would joint them (a fee had already been agreed)? So I wonder why he went to Newport and not Mansfield?

Mansfield have already signed two midfielders this summer.

Fleetwood's Jamie McGuire and Kieron Murtagh from Macclesfield (ex-Wycombe)
have joined the Stags in the past two weeks.

This one is more a 'where are they not any more' for two former club employees:

http://www.stokecityfc.com/news/article ... 56356.aspx

depending on where there go, this could mean we have no former youth players in the PL next season for the first time in a long time...wonder who will be the next one to get there.....?

Tim Sills a classic forward who was useful in the Conference but not good enough for the FL.

Latest reports suggest this will not be happening, however one mentions that Dexter has switched allegiance from England to Antigua & Barbuda and has already acquired four full caps and an international goal....

One of our best youth products for a long while, retires through injury after a great career in the lower divisions:

Also, former youth teamer from way back Todd Lumsden left his job managing Albion rovers at the end of last season
