Given the choice I would prefer neither. .[/quote]

But if you were in a &quotSophie's Choice&quot situation which would you pick.

Not really, becasue he took a lot of what should have been club revenue, whilst also cutting back too hard in areas that should have been maintained. On top of that he did nothing on the community aspect or goodwill, he got pricing wrong and ripped off a lot of suppliers giving the club a bad name. He got managerial appointments wrong and didn't appoint a proper CEO. I grant you that his aim of making the club work on a non profit or loss basis was a good aim, but his methods of achieving that were not good. I've got a strange feeling we might have done this disucssion just once or twice before!!!!!!!!!

I'm not going to answer using that analogy because it gives me the creeps, and the analogy doesn't work anyway as Sophie had three (or rather nil) choices not two (boy, girl, or both).

If there was a choice only between Kassam's way, or Merry's way, I would choose neither.

Agree. A rather inappropriate analogy. Pleased we won today. It's a start.

I know we've had quite a turnover of players since the start of last season but surely the likes of Anaclet, Turley, Quinn and Day could remeber where it was. The ground was well signposted form the ringroad but I was coming from the north east.

If I were hired to transport someone somewhere, I would want to make sure I knew how to get there.

Don't most transport companies use Sat Nav nowadays?

Do transport companies really rely on directions? Directions get you lost and when you're lost you can't follow the directions.

I like maps. They're good.

When I was listening to RadOx before the game they were saying the coach was stuck in a traffic jam.

Brings back memories of the Boston match when Mr J Smith had forgotten how long it took to get to Boston and the players had to buy sandwiches from the garage opposite the ground as their pre match meals 40 minutes before kick off. Didn't they bring such great professionalism to the club.
