I'm pretty sure I heard the match report of West Brom vs Woking while travelling back from Stamford Bridge after we'd beaten Chelsea 3-1 (my favourite FA Cup game ever). Which would mean it was played on a Saturday afternoon.

There were some pretty extensive highlights on Match of the Day though, as I recall.

If memory serves we proceeded to restore West Brom's morale by losing to them the following Saturday.

Didn't we do the same thing for Birmingham City as well, giving them a 1-0 win at The Manor in the top flight the week after they had been put out on their own ground by a non-league side? First top-flight team to lose at home to a non-league team for ages...

According to FA Cup rules we are entitled to 15% of the capacity and we have at least that.

Being as itÔÇÖs our first Cup Final of the season that means you canÔÇÖt buy a ticket unless youÔÇÖre a Season Ticket holder, even if you did go to Dagenham.

Andrew, I wasn’t arguing - I was simply stating the fact that the rest of the tickets currently available for the Causeway Stadium will all go to ST holders on Monday and there will be none left for general sale, even if you do have an Aldershot ticket stub. As it stands this will be a bit of a first time as the whole of the “Dream Stand

Agree about the 3:00am thing.

I don't follow what you're saying above, agreed there must be pressure on Wycombe to allocate more tickets however what does the rest mean? if they end up with segregation issues it will mean they've sold all their spare tickets and therefore will not have a drop in matchday income.

And how does any of this relate to having been to Dagenham?

Wycombe can't offer us any more tickets - ironically because of season tickets (theirs).

Even if they didn't sell out their home seats the season ticket holders at Wycombe are spread all around the ground so there is no segregated area that could be given to Oxford fans.

The Dagenham reference is because Snake believed that Dagenham tickets would be used as vouchers for Wycombe tickets but in reality it was Aldershot stubs that were used instead.

I think Snake's prediction about season ticket holders getting all the tickets on Monday morning may be true - I've been holding for the ticket office for over 20 minutes now! It increasingly looks like I'll be &quotwatching&quot this game on the radio.

Update - 29 minutes and 55 seconds of holding and I finally got through and got a ticket.

The segregation issues are, I guess, to do with Oxford fans going in the home end, seeing as this game is only all-ticket for Oxford (and even if it wasn't, I'm aware of several United supporters who have sourced their tickets from the Wycombe ticket office for the home terrace).

The stand won't be full of season-ticket holders, even if it sells out before going on general sale. I know of a lot of non-season ticket holders who have used friends' season tickets to acquire their tickets (the season ticket holder not going, obviously).

All tickets sold out about an hour after I got mine so they won't go on general sale. I can't really see any other way tickets could have been provided and sold by either Wycombe or Oxford other than perhaps Wycombe making the game all ticket for their fans too.
