Radley Rambler is very close on home crowd. But I think the rule is exactly right, within 10%, or nothing. (and not sure whether same applies to the away crowd). Only Hoglette had Craddock on the score sheet. As for the Unexpected Event, discretion is down to Frank as to whether anything can truely be counted as unexpected (I think Gills were top on goal difference until we scored in the 87th minute)
