Looks like another one might be sorted tomorrow:

http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2013 ... eading-job

seems the only hold-up will be his pay off from Soton....
....had been favourite for the Leeds job, but PDC now topping the bookies thoughts (from Poyet, McDermott &amp Lambert) - that'll be fun to watch!
....Westley odds on at Stevenage from Buckle, Dickov and Maamria, though if he is such a shoo-in I'm surprised how long they are taking about it..
.....caretaker Gary Bowyer still favourite for Blackburn, but Alex MCleish is now second, so all set for a 3rd successive attempt at relegation for him then!

Couple of interesting notes for clubs with managers under threat: PDC 6/4 to be next at Charlton // Curbishley for Brighton // Coyle for Wednesday // Di Matteo for Leicester // and Mcdermott clear favourite to replace Trappatoni as Republic boss

Yep, the thread that keeps on giving!!

Wonder whether this might be his last role for a while...

Meanwhile, how depressing for the Mackems that the top two favourites to take over are Mclaren &amp Hughes - makes PDC seem the must have candidate....Di Matteo &amp Solskjear also up there....
MClaren also favourite to be in charge at Blckburn come next season, while MCDermott heads the Leeds list from Poyet..

Clearly the board felt the same, so PDC has his Premier League job, albeit perhaps for only 7 games, but we'll see I guess... not the choice of David Milliband though, who has resigned as a VC of the club on the news....(make of that what you will)

Sooty is black so favours Sunderland due to their recently adopted nickname though his IQ is not all that good, like most domestic pets.

David Miliband (who has a higher IQ than my cat) only lost out as being the Leader of the Opposition on the block vote from the trade unions but I’m well with him on this one - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-21991812.

Martin O'Neil has an OBE and Paolo Di Canio has what?

Having ignored the news over most of the weekend, I logged on yesterday and say &quotMiliband quits over Di Canio appointment&quot and assumed it was an April Fool's !!!

&quotAt an open day a week before the start of the 2011-12 season, Di Canio was introduced to the crowd on a stage. He grabbed the microphone and uttered five words that immediately endeared him to the gathered Slumdon fans: &quotWe will beat Oxford United&quot. He then followed that up by singing &quotDancing in the Moonlight&quot on stage with the band Toploader.&quot He followed that up with 3 losses to Oxford United  Funny though that the man who was chief writer of the Slumdon Advertiser fails to mention that, especially with a fairly important Tyne-Wear derby coming up soon...

...in every sense of the word!

He is 3rd fave for Sheff Utd behind Caretaker Chris Morgan &amp Stuart Mccall - Wilder not in betting so far...
McDermott could be appointed at Leeds today...
O'Neill favourite to return to Leicester if Pearson leaves (Mark Hughes second)
Steve McLaren fave for Blackburn, from Karl Robinson &amp Owen Coyle,
Paul Simpson top of the list for Macclesfield, Brian Horton &amp Dave Penney also well up the pile.

EDIT - McDermott at Leeds all but confirmed, with official announcement set for tomorrow

As I write this Wilder is 7/1 and joint 3rd favourite with one bookmaker.
