Re: Salop slip-ons
1 A Draw
2 Rodríguez will not start(1)
3 Yes they will
4 No he won't
5 Yes he will(2).
TB: 14(3)
(1) Didn't his song even go "Alex Rodriguez, Alex Rodriguez ...". I am mystified by how all and sundry (but not him) use Gorrin.
(2) When did "assists" start getting recorded and how does it work? Is it like ice hockey (last two players from scoring side to touch the puck prior to score) or something different? If a CM makes a routine lay-off pass to a winger who then runs from the half-way, beating three players and scoring, does that count as an assist?
(3) If (as it stands and you were both contending) there are 10 corners, who wins out of you and Boogie?
Sorry, in full pedantry mode.

Sorry - I meant Oxford's number 6

You are right - sorry again - if you will forgive me this time I will never ask that question again
(Oxford's first goal on Saturday - Assist by Long, Sykes or both?
(3) If (as it stands and you were both contending) there are 10 corners, who wins out of you and Boogie?
I will step aside if that happens

Re: Salop slip-ons
Sorry no offence meant: on the assist thing, it's a genuine question - the BBC website shows them so it's clearly a semi-official figure and I assume they are getting them from Opta or similar, just haven't a clue how it is decided. With 19 corners in the game the other query is moot! And then there's this!

Re: Salop slip-ons
No offence taken...
By my reckoning the answers are
Win
No -
Yes -
Yes
No
The BBC Website says there were Seven corners = four for us and three for them
Tom, Boogie and Colin got 2
Radley Rambler and Geoff got 3 - so RR wins it with a TB of 12 - well done to him.
