That's a bit severe for tonsillitis.
I used to get it about 4 or 5 times a year, white spots the lot, and they still wouldn't take the tonsils out. Never had to go into hospital though.

Well I was in hospital for 24 hours last week with tonsillitis! Needed IV antibiotics, steroids and fluids. First time I've had in in years, and never had to go to hospital before but there's obviously a nasty version going round. Started feeling rough at Wembley and still not 100% now, so almost 3 weeks of it.
I'm hoping that Macca and COD sought medical attention a bit more promptly than I did, and that as fit, young sportsmen they can bounce back a bit quicker. But I'll be amazed if Macca's fully recovered by Saturday. And I fully sympathise with their plight...

I felt rough at Wembley - it started about six minutes into the second half.
KY - I think I followed you out of Sainsbury's Newport on Tuesday night.
Noticed the black and White Kernow sticker in the back window.

Not me - didn't go near any Sainsburys on Tuesday. And I have an OUFC car sticker not a Cornwall one!OUFC4eva wrote:I felt rough at Wembley - it started about six minutes into the second half.
