just had in post from oufc notice of the AGM it will be on the 22 august at 11am at the stadium

Been that time of day for years cannot remember the last time I went to one at a afternoon / evening time

Did anyone go (to the one held yesterday) and can report back?
Apart from presumably presenting an set of awful numbers from the accounts for 2013, I'm wondering what they had to say, particularly if anything was said about the preference shares being authorised and issued. as in why, and who to?
