Has apparently signed a permanant deal with us up at Halifax Town, as he is a local halifax lad and we are progressing nicely this seems to make sense to us up here. Iknow he has not played a league game for you but does anyone know what sort of keeper we will be getting ??

Also I do not know how true it is but our keeper and England C international Jonathan Hedge is on his way to Oxford. Chris Wilder was a fan of his when he was manager at Halifax and he was our no.2 keeper then.

I have only seen Eastwood play three times this year, must say he did not set me alight. When he came from Bradford their fans were not that enthusiastic about him.

Clarke has has a pretty good season, but in the past few weeks has fumbled a bit too much, he does annoy me by not coming for crosses, so I would not be suprised if we brought someone in.

Have not got a clue what he's like. Same with most Oxford fans. If anyone on here has watched the reserves they may be able to give you a clue, but that's not like the real thing is it.

I have seen him in a couple of reserve games. He almost had a Robert Green moment in one of them. I'm not confident in his ability. I still think clark is the man for the job. Although he made a few mistakes, he has made many match winning/point winning saves this season.

I am more concerned with the defence, if there is any improvement Clarke need it's communicating with his defence.

Not concerned about his positional sense then?
