Not sure how much further we can get...before he loses patience and is off.

I think he is an excellent manager, he gets what he wants and has the hard-nosed, arrogant edge that is essential and that can be seen in all the best managers (Ramsey, Clough, Fergie).

But, I do question his need to revamp the squad every few months. Each time it happens I think, well now he has the squad he wants, we can push on, but then it's all change again. We are missing the value of a settled team.

Maybe he just hasn't found the players he wants, but maybe it is because he is not getting the best out of them. That's the aspect of a manager that perhaps he lacks the Redknapp/O'Neill 'silk purse from a sow's ears' managerial ability, It seems to be often the opposite with him!

I don't know how long his contract is, but I would give him 2 years from the end of the season as a starter. I believe he can get us up. Yeah he is making a few mistakes, but who doesn't? He has done a fantastic job so far, and I think will continue to do so.
