I didn't say that!

As it happens I don't. Someone told me it is a Cambridge player, but I've no idea if the source was reliable.

I hear it is Stuart Beavon, who is struggling to get into the Wycombe team. This from the same source who said our new manager would be Chris Wilder, before anybody else was mentioning his name.

Word on the street (or rather the astroturf) is that it was Chris Zebroski, but he turned us down in favour of a move to Torquay, and now it's alleged to be Roscoe D'Sane.

Roscoe was a class act in my Aldershot team in FM 2003-2004 - scored loads (including an FAC win against Chelsea whilst in League 2), and was eventually unloaded to Norwich for a large amount of cash.

On the basis that James Constable was also excellent in FM 2005-2006 as a loanee from Walsall, I'd be delighted to see him ...

That figures, statistically, given that there are at least 28 million* of them playing professional football in England alone.

* = Ok, but there are at least 5 I can think of:

Sam – Leeds United
Efe – Bury
Akpo – Sheffield Wednesday
Onome – Us
Steve – Ashford Town
