6 wins from 8

We're on a decent run by any standard. Annoyingly it never seems to make much difference to our position in the table though...

I think we need 2 defeats (with an overall goal difference of -4 in the two games) and a draw. Would require a bit of a slump but not beyond us."Peña Oxford United" wrote:Too good, really, since the last remaining goal for the season was surely to achieve the fabled absolutely level record with equal wins and losses and a goal difference of nil. We looked like falling short and now we're overreaching.
Not too late, mind.
Typical Oxford, can't even be mediocre properly....

Maybe...lose at Woking, draw at home against Rushden, all on the last game at Ebbsfleet. But we've left it very late given that they're three teams with nothing to play for."Isaac" wrote:I think we need 2 defeats (with an overall goal difference of -4 in the two games) and a draw. I take comfort from the fact that we gave away the two goals we needed in the second half at Notts County to concede a hundred goals in a season a few years back. I nearly cheered when the second one went in (though I thought better of it).
entirely disenchanted

first away from home though, and rageonline only sponsors the away shirt.
i think i'm right in saying that the curse of the rageonline sponsorship has traditionally manifested itself in the player leaving the club that season, but does it extend to on the pitch performance too? obviously ben weedon had little chance, but was chris hackett regularly on the scoresheet when he was sponsored by this esteemed site?
