Surprised this hasn't had much comment on here yet. The minutes, on reflection, describe a typical IL chaired meeting, a round of introductions then he speaks for the rest of the meeting bullishly stating objectives, but with little detail. Maybe this is just the way it is, anybody who is mad enough...
