I thought Worley was good last year but not great. He was however one of the better, more consistent performers, although our clean sheet record was shocking. Jake Wright was immense when he had Creighton by his side so maybe it will be a good thing to have another 'beast' in Duberry next to him. I'...

Re: New kit.
think it might be black :( but maybe navy blue which i'd like... I hope our away kit is black! - maybe with some white and yellow tinges to it. We haven't had a black kit for a few years and they always look smart. I haven't liked any of our last few 'blue' away shirts ie last seasons and the old c...

hmm - I don't think that will go down too well. It's going to happen though if we don't get enough of an allocation! Surely it will be All Ticket?"Tabbernackle" wrote:All sorted now. One of our party (s*****n fan) assures we can all get in in their end (the quiet section) Where's that? I don't know.

Sw*ndon Away
As I live in Leeds I struggle to get to most of the away games in the south and can't see much sense in buying a season ticket this year. However I must go to the Sw*ndon away game! Anyway... a few questions that i'd appreciate people having a go at.... How many tickets do you think Scumdon will giv...

Re:
Keep the shirt the same (as the design on OxKits) but make it yellow instead of gold! I want to shout "YELLOWS" as the players run out and mean it again! Totally disagree with this sentiment. At least half a dozen other clubs call themselves yellows and we frequently get the same ch...

Re:
4-2-3-1 Two sitting midfielders to provide a bit of extra protection for the defence.. then let the others get forward! Clarke Whing – Duberry – Wright – Capaldi Payne – McLaren Smalley - Heslop - Pittman Constable ooooo - I like this... Obviously it's a bit silly picking our own starting XI before...

I have heard a few people talking about playing Damian Batt as a right midfielder and I quite like the idea, mainly because I think he is better going forward but he can still defend a bit. My XI, based on transfers so far.... Clarke, Whing, Duberry, Wright, Capaldi, Batt, McClaren, Heslop/Payne, JP...

I think we have quite a good base for progression at the moment, both financially and on the pitch. I know I have just been moaning about where are stadium is etc etc but surely when you think about our current management team and board - we are only going one way at the moment - up. One of our main...

It still really pains me that we didn't build the stadium in the Centre of Oxford. It was very nearly voted to be built next to the Ice Rink, NEAR THE TRAIN STATION which made a lot more sense all round. Both home and away fans could get the train in, bus in, park and ride etc etc. Obviously there a...

Completely agree! I never understood everyone giving Wilder grief over his treatment of Midson and Creighton. We all love Creighton but he wasn't quite good enough for league football, otherwise he'd be with a league 2 club now."Brahma Bull" wrote:The love-in with Creighton and Midson is laughable."Paul Cooper" wrote:

Wooooahhh. To be honest i'm a bit shocked by all this negativity! I don't care if he is 35, he is an experienced centre back that played 33 games in the SPL last year and once cost £4.5 million. When was the last time we signed someone like that? Wright was a hell of a player when he had a beast by ...

It really annoys me to see that less than 11,500 people turned up to that game. I understand why and everything but it just bugs me! - It's horrible to think that we could have hosted that game at the Kassam and had 1000 tickets spare. Geographical stuff blah blah - Oxford would have taken over 20,0...
