Re:
Esconced safely in The Cavalier along with about 20 other Yellows, once the game was called off there seemed little point in leaving. What better excuse do you need to spend the afternoon in the pub. I even got my Mrs. to come down and join in the fun. I had visions of 20 large U's fans trying to c...

Not entirely Mr. D. It’s disappointing in that we are now down to only 11 people who vote on an issue, for a variety of reasons. One of those reasons may be due to the fact that we’ve been electronically mucked about for the last ten years and have to move from one OUFC e-forum to another at regula...

Stadium price
There's a bit of a debate over on TiU about how much the stadium is likely to sell for.
I thought it might be interesting to run a poll on people's views on this.

Re:
Long time since we have had FA Cup 4th Round as a point of interest on our fixture list. Shame about the word 'qualifying'. Speaking of new points of interest on the fixture list, this will be our first season in the FA Trophy. What odds, I wonder, on Oxford playing the first match at the newly re-...

Ah yes, Stuart Gray, the man who is only able to associate the word "pace", with a long step!!!"DLT" wrote:35 is fine in a central role.
But a 35 year old wingback, up and down the line all game is a big ask.
Be interesting to compare him with Stuart Gray in a few weeks time.

Re: Big hole in squad
Up front. The fact that we have lower league players on trial indicates few options from more proven players. Hope a rabbit comes out of Jim's hat next couple of weeks. Agree completely DLT. The triallists are exactly that. They are not first XI first choice by any means. Am I the only one concerne...

Jim Smith announced this sme time early in May and said it gave players more time to recover between games. Being a bear of simple brain, I've never really understood this concept. Surely there are 3 days between Saturday and Tuesday, and 3 days between Wednesday and Saturday. So where does the ext...

Now Turley has also signed a new 2yr deal at the club as well. What is interesting me is the comments that he and Quinn have made (and that have been quoted on the website) about how different the place feels now ("like a new club") and how positive it all feels post-Kassam and how ...
