Excellent, I just got a reply from the club saying the same, thanks. I've got mine, I am just keen to get one for my non ST-holding mate who will give me a lift if I can get him a ticket!

Unless the unlawful and dangerous act was the cycling on the pavement itself, rather than the battery of hitting the pedestrian? He surely intended to do the former. The unlawful act has to be something which is forseeably going to cause harm - even though it is not intended to be serious. There is...

Juries aren't given enough guidance in such situations though and it's basically left up to them to decide whether they think the pers...

Punishment was a paltry fine. As guilty as Chapman if you ask me. £2200 fine, he got. F...

[Fully agree with that. I think that not having a prison sentence after causing the death of another human being through reckless and illegal behaviour would trivialise it beyond belief. I do not agree with filling prisons unneccessarily but some incidents are too serious not to incur punishment. I...

Re:

H&ampY was indeed a low - but we then went on a 5 game unbeaten run without conceding. Eastbourne was then all about not getting injured. Who would have predicted this - no one probably. But that's what makes footie such an encapsulating sport to follow - and OUFC in particular. At the time I h...

Silly little boy. Stupid old man. The comment I made was fair at the time No it wasn't. The worst of our bad patch actually came after your comment which was after the H&ampY home game. We were terrible that night but there was just the Cambridge away game in between that game and one of our be...
