The City Council's Strategy and Resources Committee will meet in special session on Tuesday 28th September to discuss and hopefully approve the final financial settlements of the land deal. This could in turn lead to an agreement with Thames Water over their covenant on the Minchery Farm site. This just leaves the Full Council meeting on October 4th to approve the land deal with Kassam after which there are, in theory, no obstacles to prevent Taylor Woodrow from going back on site (except possibly the Judicial Review).
