Ends of Ensco
Looks like Eales has been paid off, judging by CoHouse submissions.
Re: Ends of Ensco
I saw that, the Ensco holdings were transferred to the Singapore holding company at end of Jan. (The £1, £7 and preference shares)
I thought Ensco's charge had been released several months ago, suggesting all debt had been repaid. Leaving just the <10% shareholding that Ensco retained, which came about because the holding company issued enough new shares to reduce the Ensco holding to <10%, rather than buying 90% or so of the existing Ensco shares. Coincidentally or not, it is just over three years since Tiger took over, perhaps there was a three year time frame for either party to make the other buy or sell the shares?
