Totally apocryphal I'm sure but apparently Jim went to the FGR v Cambridge game which was as far removed from a game of football as you can imagine. Jim had a chat with the FGR manager after the game and asked if we could play our game on the cricket pitch next door, when their manager asked why Jim replied that we might need to use their scoreboard.
