Put your crash helmets on

Plymouth 0 Nowhere near the Thamesmouth 1 (Constable)

7,200 (900)

UE: Several off-white 1958 model Plymouth Furies line up the pitch before kick-off. In the middle of the line of cars, a lone bright red and white Fury stands in contrast to the others. The Plymouth keeper is injured when the car's hood slams shut on his hand.

Strangely the Stadium PA system can only play 1950’s Rock n Roll and all the fans instantly start having feelings of admiration for the car.

The cars leave the pitch and the match starts without incident but at half-time the car returns and driverless tries to run down the substitutes warming up. A bulldozer has to be found to crush the car.

In the post match interview CW states &quotGod, I hate rock and roll.&quot But in the background a piece of the grill of the car in the wreckage can be seen to slowly bending back to shape…

UE - AFter performing their planned pre-match display, the Military Wives choir are joined at half time by the Headington Quarry MorrisMen for an encore.
The watching Simon Cowell (Coming up for air amidst s few 'bonks' with memebrs of the Argyle ladies team) immediately pulls the plug on the rest of the Britains Got Talent series, with his act for the Royal Variety show sorted.

First time I've dreamt about a game in ages. Better go with my premonition (though I'm not sure the game had finished before I woke up)..
