Chelsea vs Liverpool

I went to this game today and it made me glad that I turn up at the Kassam week in week out.

Neither team had anything beyond their midfield. I had to focus on Chelsea as I was sat in the Matthew Harding Upper (eq. of the London Road) and once Anelka went wide, which happened every time the team went forward, they were sooooo weak up front. At least we watch a team with TWO strikers up there.

The game was much quicker than we are used to in the Conf and I didn't once see a stray pass go out for a throw in. But options-wise, both teams broke down at the edge of the 18 yrd box. Give me a wet afternoon at the Kassam any day over 41k at Stamford Bridge.
