Very interesting.

From my quick scan we have a deadheat between Snake and Boris.

If I set the rules it would be Snake because Boris shouldn't be allowed to copy Snake's tiebreaker.

About time we gave some benefit to those who go first.

It's a tie!!! What are the rules in this situation? I am minded to give it to Snake as he posted first.

I think we should give it to boris for his ingenuity in not only copying my attendance guess, but everything else I predicted.

And besides, if you give it to me I’ll just retire as the undefeated champion of Das Boot.

Oops, sorry. I didn't copy, honest. I predicted without reading any of the previous predictions, so it was pure coincidence.

I concur, though, that it should be awarded to Snake for posting first. And with a bit of luck it might just shut him up.

Really sorry, but IÔÇÖm not accepting this weekÔÇÖs Boot award on the grounds that it was my first ever stab at doing Das Boot and I wouldnÔÇÖt know what to do next if I won as I canÔÇÖt find the rules anywhere.

We make the rules up as we go along. It looks like it's over to you Boris.

Thanks a bunch Snake.

First of all I'm &quotcheated&quot out of a boot that was rightfully mine and then the slithery one goes and awards one to one of my main rivals for the championship. Good job I don't really care about the bloody sodding boot you bunch of ...............

Ok, let’s split it 0.5 points each then.

And a new rule in the unlikely event of another tie in the Das Boot competition the first poster to come on here and say “House

Half a point each me thinks.

The first poster should set the next challenge.

Snake - you can ask 4/5 questions about the next game normally starting
with the result (W/D/L) and then the score or how many Oxford goals or summat.

The boot is your it's up to you. Just start the next match thread with your questions. Easy innit.

I can only think of three decent questions, so boris will have to produce number 4/5.

Will the attendance be more or less than 2000?
Will there be a player starting who is not as of today on our payroll?
Tie break – who will be Jon Murray’s “star man

FGR boot has now been moved over to its own topic. Got to keep these things separate, else chaos may result.

Or worse, with anarchy breaking out on RageOnline, and we can’t be ‘avin that.

Seriously, are there no rules anywhere on this site about this competition?
