On leaving the ground a sizeable number of United fans were singing "this is the worst place I've ever been". (Well it's in the top few). I heard a voice yell out behind me, "well f**k off back to Oxford then". I didn't bother to turn round but was told a bloke opened his bathroom window in the middle of a shave to deliver the best the residents of Gillingham could produce by way of a reposte.
