I wouldn't say I was excited, but I'm certainly looking forward to it.

Message from the Kiddy Chairman.

We would like our largest crowd ever on Wednesday Night. So we are calling on all Kidlington and Oxford Utd Fans to come along to what should be a great evening. We have enjoyed close links with Oxford over the last few years with them playing us in friendly's and supporting us with our Terry Wiffen day.

Due to the size of the crowd we are expecting, could I please ask local people to walk to the game to help with the traffic congestion / Parking.

We like many local football teams struggle raising the money required to play at our level so once again your support will be very much appreciated

Got any spare parking in your driveway, Swiss?

With City Nomads playing at home - you'll be lucky.

Parking's a dirty word down our street. Brings out the worst of the locals.

Don't know if you enjoyed it Swiss, but judging by his comment on Facebook, I don't think Creighton did!

Worst game of football I've ever seen.

0 - 0 after 115 mins with Nomads getting 2 in the last 10 mins.

I doubt any of the senior professionals enjoyed it - it was a turd of a pitch with a gimp of a ref. Kidlington were very physical, and it was bitterly cold. You could see players like Chapman and Matt Green wishing they were elsewhere. Still, they're paid to do a job so they have to do it whether they enjoy it or not. At least it should keep them focussed on winning back their first-team places.

Turley, Chapman, Owen (Parish 90), Creighton, Sandwith (West h/t), Fowler, Dobson, Groves, Cook, M Green (Woodley 77), F Green. Subs not used: McDonagh, Silver.
Apart from Turley who has been kept out of the squad, I was surprised to see the other 7 main squad members playing apart from perhaps Fowler who has only just joined. I thought in the OSC we normally only had senior players if they are unwanted (Hutch / Burnell) or people coming back from injury and needing match fitness.

As we no longer have a reserve team, presumably OSC now counts as 1st XI...

That should annoy a few programme collectors!!
